Michigan Hearing provides employees with benefits where not only the employee receives coverage, but the employee may elect for coverage for their spouse or children. The company pays a large percentage of the premium and they are withheld pre-tax; which means you get to keep more money!


Eligibility Requirements

  • Hourly Employees (full-time) are eligible for health benefits on the first of the month after working 90 days.
  • Salary Employees are eligible for health benefits on the first of the month after working 90 days.
  • Hourly Employees (part-time) are ineligible for health benefits.

Health Care

Full-time benefit eligible Michigan Hearing employees may chose to elect Priority Health PPO. This plan offers a discount vision exam yearly and a wonderful pharmacy program.
